The 11.6-inch Lumibond screen allows easy viewing and reading, under intense sunlight and through heavy smoke, and can be operated with one’s bare finger, while wearing thick gloves, or with a pen, even in the pouring rain. The F110 can also survive a very wide temperature range, and won’t break or malfunction from a minor drop. And with its two hot-swappable batteries, where one can be removed and replaced it with a charged battery without operational interruption, untimely and unexpected power downs are all but eliminated.

What’s more, all accidental damage is covered by a three-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, where Getac will collect, repair or replace, and deliver a device within days, saving the city of Barcelona time and money.
Before, we were heavily reliant on memory, the caller’s indications and paper maps. This made the intervention a lot more dicult and could make us lose up to dozens of vital minutes trying to locate the caller and pinpointing entry access. Needless to say, equipment malfunctions were extremely frequent with previous, less rugged solutions, something that has drastically changed since we work with Getac hardware
