On May 5-8, Getac exhibited at IDEF 2015 (International Defence Industry Fair) which is the largest international defence tradeshow in Asia Minor. More than 54,000 visitors attended the show including the highest levels of government such as the President of Turkey. A number of generals also visited Getac’s stand with their latest requirements.
Getac’s exhibited the tradeshow with its partners in a prime location receiving more than 110 inquiries from multiple customers. Getac products were spotted in the top Turkish Defence companies. The products attracted lots of attention at the tradeshow. The top three products that customers inquired during the show were: X500, F110 and V110. F110 and V110 are both attractive with its 11.6” screen, light weight, and Windows 8 operating system and 5th generation Intel® Core™ i7 processor offers ultimate computing performance and parallel graphic performance to boost greater efficiency, while X500 is perfect for military users who are looking for ultra rugged computers that combine the flexibility and I/O expansion.
Getac gained a lot of interests and attention from this event which helped us to extend our customer base in the Turkish defence sector.
